1. Introduction and Service Description

RevenuePage provides verified revenue page software for startups and founders. Our platform allows you to create minimal, branded revenue pages hosted on your own custom domains, with automatic syncing from Stripe.

These terms govern services offered through revenuepage.com and all related platforms.

RevenuePage is provided by Tarkle, Inc. (1309 Coffeen Avenue, Suite 15023, Sheridan, Wyoming, 82801, United States).

By using our platform, you confirm that you have reviewed, understood, and agree to these terms.

2. Service Plans

RevenuePage offers the following plans:

• Free Plan: 2 revenue pages with core features including secure Stripe integration, RevenuePage subdomain, and updates every 12 hours
• Pro Monthly ($20/month): 5 revenue pages with full features including custom domains, hourly updates, and advanced privacy controls
• Pro Yearly ($150/year): Same as Pro Monthly, billed annually with locked pricing (grandfathered forever)

Prices are subject to change for new users. Existing users will be notified 30 days before any changes affecting their service.

3. Payment Provider Integration

When you connect your payment provider (Stripe) to RevenuePage, you share API keys that allow us to sync your revenue data. Important disclaimers:

• Payment providers have no affiliation or relationship with RevenuePage
• We only request read-only access to your payment data
• You are responsible for the security of your API keys
• You can revoke access at any time
• We are not liable for any issues with your payment provider

4. Account Requirements

You must be 18 years or older to use our services. By using RevenuePage, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete account information
• Keep your account details current
• Maintain login credential security
• Report any unauthorized access immediately
• Take responsibility for all account activity

5. Pricing and Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize RevenuePage to charge your chosen payment method.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings.

6. No-Refund Policy

RevenuePage operates a strict no-refund policy. Once payment is processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances, except where required by law.

By making payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our service features and made an informed purchasing decision.

7. Data and Privacy

Your revenue data is private by default. You control who can access your revenue pages through privacy settings including public pages, password protection, email-gated access, and custom domain protection.

Unlike public leaderboards, RevenuePage pages are not indexed or listed anywhere unless you choose to share them.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Share false or misleading revenue data
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Abuse or harass our support team
• Reverse engineer or copy our platform

9. Limitation of Liability

RevenuePage's total liability for any claims shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00 USD). All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
